Great Northern Ireland Holiday

What a find! I recently took a holiday in the lake district of Ireland. The countryside is beautiful, dotted with hundred of lakes, forests and small cozy villages, all only hours from Dublin. I was lucky enough to find a fantastic B+B in Cavan, the perfect base of operations for exploring all the historic area has to offer. There’s nothing like home-cooked food in a comfortable, homey atmosphere, served by a warm peat fire. My room was comfortable, with a private bath, and even though i didn’t spend much time there it was appreciated! My hostess went out of her way to make me feel at home. I’d absolutely go back again.
