Expedia Concerns for Flights to Las Vegas
November 2nd, 2008 by admin
The discount ticket broker, Expedia, has a long trail of unhappy customers posting their horror stories online. To be totally fair, Expedia probably has far more happy customers not posting anything online, than those who are complaining. Yet, when multiple complaints about any company start piling up, wise consumers should read these complaints and judge the situation personally prior to deciding on what ticket agency to use to buy their next flights to Las Vegas. With Expedia, the complaints seem to wrap themselves around some common themes: ~ Customer service allegedly puts people needing help on hold for long periods of time. ~ Refunds for refundable tickets allegedly take a long time to process. ~ According to online complaints, if a mistake happens with ticket information, fees are charged to fix the information or to reschedule a flight. ~ Airline employee’s can not fix a ticket brokers mistakes at the airport, but they can fix their own mistakes for people buying flights to Las Vegas straight through them.
