Nonsense. HIV spread in Africa because (1) It appears to have originated in Central Africa, dating and relationships (2) Polygamous relationships are more common. Epidemiologists trace the vector for the spread to truck drivers particularly. They often traverse wide areas and, pretty well paid, have ‘wives’ in different cities and countries. One man with HIV before education campaigns and treatment could spread it to, say, four wives at home and another half-dozen women he had relationships with while traveling. But, the main reason HIV has been such a scourge in Africa is that most governments lack the money to treat it. The drug cocktails that have made HIV controllable and longterm survival with AIDS possible in the U.S. and Europe possible are very expensive.
Nor have you offered any evidence or proof of your claims about ‘playas.’ Considering that a third of Africans as Muslims and more than half from rather conservative traditional religions, common sense should tell you otherwise. But, you don’t seem to have to any, just a head full of jive.
