Indians on the western part of the world place tattoos in their body to signify their strength and power, while Chinese on the eastern part of the globe have been decorating their skin to drive away evils and to attract good luck. But whatever the purpose of tattoos in the past, people today regard these colorful hand works as some of the wonderful ways to celebrate life and glee.
