What if More Attorneys Were Like this One?

I think if injury attorneys only handled serious injury cases, we might actually build a safer place. While lots of lawyers advertise that they handle “any case,” “or no case is too small,” I wonder if we should be encouraging that. What if more personal injury attorneys were like this personal injury attorney, who says upfront that he handles only serious cases, and is very selective about the cases he handles?
It is refreshing to see that some attorneys are scrutinizing what comes in their door, and really want to help those who, through no fault of their own, have been seriously hurt and have bills to pay.
