The Best Way To Locate A Person

I had a friend call me completely out of the blue the other day. I probably have not heard from this particular person in over 20 years. He was the kind of guy that I never thought I would lose contact with him, but somehow it happened. We got to talking and I asked him how in the world he found me. He said that he looked on a search site on how to locate a person. The site led him right to me within a matter of minutes. I was amazed on how easy I was to find. Kind of scary to be honest.
