Why We Purchased Our Refrigerator

For a while now, I have wanted a new refrigerator. I knew exactly what I wanted. My choice was a side-by-side model with the ice maker and water dispenser in the door. That was until I looked at the bottom freezer refrigerator models with the new tilt drawer on the bottom. I also learned they are much more energy efficient. That was a consideration given the oncoming deregulation of the electric companies. We even checked consumer reviews to see what they had to say. They agreed. We ended up buying a reasonably priced model with French doors on the top. So, I have a side-by-side on the top anyhow.
