Two Bottles of Hollick Sparkling Merlot 2006 For My Birthday

I celebrated my twenty-fifth birthday a few days ago, and my husband got me a wonderful present. I love collecting wines, because there is nothing better than opening a bottle that has been maturing for five or six years in the cellar, and tasting the way it has aged and matured. When we moved a few months ago, my bottle of Hollick Sparkling Merlot 2006 was broken. I was a little bummed, as I would be if any of my wines were broke. Well, his gift to me this year was two bottles, one to drink at the party, and one to save for later. What a great husband!
