The reason I’m looking to buy a house

The past month I’ve been going out to Palm Springs to look at homes for sale. I have been looking to buy a house to be closer to work. The main reason for this is the four hours of commute time everyday. The higher price in gasoline is another concern of mine. I found one nice three bedroom house that had a few things left for the new owner. I was happy to see that there were some Fireplace Accessories that appeared fairly new. I was also surprised to see that the house had been painted recently on the outside. I don’t like painting.
