Small Bathroom

I love our house and the way that it is set up. I would not like any more square footage or additional bathrooms because that would require more cleaning. If I could change one thing about the house it would be the bathrooms. We have two of the smallest bathrooms you have ever seen. There is just enough room for a toilet, bathtub and sink. We do not even have room in the bathroom for a built in cabinet to hold towels. I would like to get ideas of what I could do to open up the space to make it seem like a larger area.
