When my husband lost his job due to downsizing, he decided to start his own business. He bought ten commercial lawn mowers, and he hired some of his former coworkers to work for him. They started mowing lawns for individuals and businesses. His business really took off in a hurry. He pays his employees competitive wages. He also pays their health insurance for them. He runs a very lucrative business. He makes enough during the busy season that he doesn’t have to work during the winter.
