Job Costing Of A New House

I have been recently married to my lovely wife Ofelia. Before our marriage, Ofelia has been my college friend for four years. We didn’t actually click so well at first. We even kind of hated each other when we first had a small conversation perhaps because it was because I struck so high-strung to her taste. No we are planning to build our very own house in here. Ofelia wants to have a semi-mansion but I think the job costing for it would be very high. And I don’t think we can afford for it yet. I told her that we can have a duplex bungalow-styled for the meantime. I think that would serve our purpose of a shelter now.
