Someone walked in to my office next to Bute Park in Cardiff the other tuesday, or was it wednesday I’m not sure - but I digress. They walked in and asked me why personal injury has seemed to rocket in the last few years and wondered if there has been a nation wide pandemic of accidents. I told him that it is not the nationwide pandemic of accidents that has caused the problem it is in fact the fact that people are now more aware of their rights and rightly so.
