What do you do for stress and anxiety relief? My job is very stressful. I often take my problems home from th eoffice with me too. That often creates additional stress, as it places a strain on my marriage and my relationships with my children. It got to the point where I would feel anxious about going home, because I knew my bad day at work would continue into a bad night at home. I started going to the gym after work. I was able to take out my frustrations and clear my head before I went home.
