Using Hypnosis with the Cold Turkey Approach to Smoking

Stop smoking with hypnosis. Perhaps this alone can be successful for many, but quitting cold turkey is the way to go — another approach that a hypnosis smoking can help with. One simply has to make a decision that they will stop and rule out all other possibilities. It may help to do a cost/benefit analysis, and as the costs outweigh the benefits (which they inevitably will) the mind must make the connection.
Other attempts have proved futile including decreasing the daily amount gradually. Your body will crave the nicotine initially, but like anything else the first couple weeks are the toughest and then it may be home free, unless of course alcohol is involved.
