Stress effects every person differently, some people hold it all in, some lash out, others are indifferent to the pressures around them and simply do not get stressed out. Either way, stress counselling could be a good way to help manage every day stresses as well as stressful life events. Many people find that counseling is very therapeutic and just being able to discuss issues with someone who can recommend productive relief and resolution methods to be very helpful. So if you are stressed out or have been in the past maybe you should consider speaking to someone about your daily stresses.
