Pain in my neck and back drive me crazy!

Something causing soreness and neck and back pain are said to be symptoms, and not a disease. The pain is trying to tell you there is a problem somewhere that you need to fix.
Without your spine you could not stand up. With out your neck you could not hold your head up. Think about it. Your spinal cord runs from the base of your brain (the brain stem) down through your neck, through the center of your spinal cord, to your pelvis. The spinal cord is made up of nerves, the sciatic nerve which is the largest nerve in the body.
The amount of strain and trauma put on the spinal cord on a daily basis can be tremendous. When we feel neck or back pain it is our body trying to tell us we are overexerting somewhere.
