My friend was trying to lose weight. She had gained about 30 pounds since college, and was feeling frustrated. I told her that I would help. We set a goal of working out three times a week, and using this fatloss4idiots review to watch what we were eating. Three months later my friend was feeling great. She had lost twenty pounds. It was a rough start at first, but once she got into the routine of working out, and eating right the pounds seemed to come off in a flash.
