Fitness And Health Tips – Walking Remains No1

Over the years I’ve been asked to give many people the best of my fitness and health tips and the one tip which has always been and remains at the top of my list is simply to walk. Now you can jog if you like, as long as you don’t have any health problems which are likely to be exacerbated by running, but for the vast majority of people simply getting out three or four times a week and having a good thirty to forty minute walk will do you a world of good. For most of us it’s really not too difficult and you can always fit a walk into your schedule. For example, I used to commute to work by bus and I made it a rule to get off two stops early so that I got my walk in on the way to work. I then reversed this process for the journey home.
