Starving yourself is not the way to lose weight.

Many people get the wrong impression that if you cut yourself off from food, you will lose weight.  NO.  When you starve yourself, you body goes on auto, and will up your body fat for emergency fuel.

And the worst part about this prison lifestyle is – it is unsafe and can harm you.

The best way to lose weight is by eating more – eating more healthy foods (in controlled portions ) that has plenty of fiber, protein, complex carbs and some healthy fat.
