There is a lot of information floating around the web when it comes to getting shed of belly bulge. I am sorry to tell you that most of it is crap! They will tell you to do sit-ups for Abdominal Fat Loss. That’s ok if you want to have a bad back! They also say to do low calorie diets. That’s ok until you hit your dieting plateu and all weight loss comes to a stop! They say to eat low fat foods only. That is hogwash and has been proven not to give results! They also say to do low carb diets. That is crazy because these diets rob you of energy and are very hard to stick to. Calorie shifting and an exercise plan are the only two ways to go. Very easy and proven to work.
