Moreover, this Bureau also defined the term White collar crime investigation as an investigation that was conducted to those person or group of person who are doing some illegal acts, in which they are characterized by the deceit, concealment as well as the violation of trust and those are not dependent upon the application or the threat of the physical force or a violence. That is why if there is any person who have committed one of the above mentioned offenses, then this is the time wherein the Bureau will be going to conduct an investigation to the said person or to the group of person, who have caused it.
