On the Brink

There I was, on the brink, on the verge of bankruptcy. I felt like I was about to dive off a deep cliff, and I didn’t know what was at the bottom. I was about to jump, when I started wondering what else I could do. Surely it wasn’t over. Surely I could still do something. I got passionate in my effort to avoid bankruptcy. I got some good advice, some tough love, and got serious with myself and with my creditors. I’m thankful that it worked, and today I am about to buy my first home. I’m committed to my new financial life!
