Injured Victim

Being in an accident is tough. Losing your job because of the accident is even tougher. Recently I was knocked off my motorcycle on the way home from work by a driver that did not see me. I could not report to work and have not been able to. Subsequently I am now an injured victim of a motorcycle accident who has no job. I would love some advice from a lawyer on how I should handle my situation. I want to go after my employer for releasing me and of course I would like to go after the driver of the car. I am seeking the advice of someone who is knowledgeable in the area of motorcycle and bicycle accidents in Maryland who can advise me on what to do.
