Like in the case of companies they formulate and implement strategies for strategic selling. strategic selling helps companies in achieving the goals of the firm or company and gives a competitive edge over other firms. Companies that do not formulate strategies to achieve sales target they are always going in a loss and are unable to sustain in the market.
