Choosing Wedding Caterers

When I heard that my best friend’s son had proposed to his girlfriend, it was such happy news! The two of them have always had a tumultuous relationship, and at times it seemed as though they would never make it, despite the deep love they have for one another, a love that is clearly seen by everyone who knows them. When I asked what I could do to help with planning the wedding, my friend asked me to choose wedding caterers in Essex, and to plan the menu. Which is a perfect way for me to help, as I worked as a caterer myself for nearly fifteen years before retirement.
