One of the reasons that I was told I had severe nerve damage after my knee surgery is because I had had improper care of the knee prior to the surgery. I have been seen by a number of doctors over the years and I have had various treatments done to help me. This latest surgical procedure that I underwent has left me with excruciating pain and I do not know if it was this doctor’s fault or perhaps my prior work. Should I try to consult with a medical malpractice expert witness before I even proceed with a lawyer?
