I don’t know about you but I made a killing in real estate from the past decade in the booming real estate market. It’s time however, to do some home loan refinancing. My interest on my mortgage loan is a bit high for this current market, so I will try to refinance my home to lower my monthly payments. I also have some debts that I need to pay off eventually, but for now I would like to consolidate them. I built 10 years worth of equity where I can cash out my equity on my home. I sure could use some money right now.
