Buying CD’s online

I buy alot of CD’s on eBay for everything from music to software and although I realize that most of these sellers are not big companies, I know they can acquire the right tools to make their packaging meet the same quality standards of those manufacturers at a reasonable investment. I also know that they can find their shipping supplies and Shrink Wrap Packaging materials online at a very low cost so their is no excuse for not presenting their CD’s with the top quality their product deserves. Something as simple as shrink wrapping a CD can make your CD look “corporate” versus someone who doesn’t.
